Our Client Proposition provides information about our company and provides an overview of our services.

Our Client Agreement is the more formal document which explains what you can expect if you become one of our clients.

Our Investment Proposition sets out the structured way that we seek to look after our clients' investments and the external companies that we use for this.

The Nucleus Wrap is the investment platform that is at the heart of our business and which holds the majority of our clients' investments.

The section on Fair Treatment explains the way in which we seek to treat our clients and customers fairly.

Arthur Childs, the MD of Arch Financial Planning Limited, is a member of the New Model Adviser AdviserCam panel. This involves making short videos from time to time which may be of interest to other Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firms in the UK.

Where we work

Our office is in Cranleigh, Surrey. From this base we are happy to service clients in Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent and South West London.

We do, however, have many clients who have now moved away to other parts of the UK or indeed overseas. We are still happy to look after them, and indeed new clients outside of our normal area, provided they are happy for us to do so by letter, email and telephone.

We are only regulated, however, to provide advice to those resident in the UK or UK citizens who are now living overseas.
