Use this calculator to figure out how much your monthly repayment mortgage payment will be, or how much just the monthly interest is. The calculator is pre-set with an interest rate of 6% but that can be changed to reflect the mortgage of your choice.

Then set the number of years and the loan amount and chose to calculate the total payment or interest only.

If a field does not apply to you, leave the zero in it. Enter simple numbers only. Do not enter symbols, commas or letters (ie do not enter: £10,000.99 but do enter: 10000.99).
